Hey there!

I know we usually give 5 tips on Wednesdays but I couldnโ€™t help myself with these. All of them are sooo good and so important for your mental health.

Before we dive in, we found another freebie for you.

SiriusXM is offering a free 3-month trial (with no credit card required) to all eligible vehicle owners. ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿš˜๐Ÿš™

I bought a used car in December and I wasnโ€™t eligible but if you havenโ€™t had a Sirius trial for a while, check your eligibility here.

Okay, back to self-care.

Weโ€™re debunking the myth that itโ€™s all manis, pedis, and lattes (though it certainly can be those things sometimes).

Self-care is much deeper than that and youโ€™ll find, as we have, that the best self-care practices canโ€™t be purchased.

Here are 7 of them:

1. Engage in regular physical exercise. Exercise releases endorphins and helps reduce stress. ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Take a walk, go for a run, or try home workout routines to boost your mood and improve your overall well-being.

2. Connect with nature. Spend time outdoors, whether it's taking a hike, gardening, or simply enjoying a picnic in the park. ๐Ÿž๏ธ Nature has a way of grounding us and providing a sense of tranquility.

3. Take a digital detox. Unplug from technology for a designated period each day. ๐Ÿ”Œ Disconnecting from screens can help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and allow you to focus on self-care activities.

4. Practice gratitude. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on what you're grateful for. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Write them down in a journal or simply express gratitude mentally. This practice can shift your mindset and increase feelings of contentment.

5. Engage in creative outlets. Discover activities that bring you joy and allow your creativity to flow. ๐ŸŽจ Draw, paint, write, or explore any other form of artistic expression that resonates with you.

6. Connect with loved ones. Spend quality time with family and friends. ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ Engage in meaningful conversations, share laughter, and strengthen your support system. Social connections are essential for self-care.

7. Prioritize rest and sleep. Make sure you get enough sleep each night. ๐Ÿ’ค Create a bedtime routine that promotes relaxation, such as reading, listening to calming music, or practicing gentle stretches.

We all know the best thing about Ryan Reynolds is Blake Lively and Iโ€™m not just saying that because we recently birthed babies around the same time but Iโ€™m not not saying itโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

The second best thing about Ryry is his work spreading awareness about how much you can save on your phone bill by switching to an MVNO. There are a lot of good ones out there but our boy Deadpool prefers Mint Mobile (as do many of you guys!).

Right now, Mint Mobileโ€™s Unlimited talk & text plan with 40GB of 5G is just $15 a month. Check your phone plan right now and if youโ€™re nearing renewal, you should seriously consider this deal.

Until next time,
