How is everyone feeling post-holiday craze?
Are you still in the “rest” phase, or have you been hitting the yoga mats and online courses to complete your New Year’s Resolution list?
Whatever step you’re at this January, we want to support you with a two-week meal plan to help you save money and brain power in this season.

🍽️ The Meal Plan
🍝 Meatless Mondays | Save $$$ on no meat
Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe. Feels fancy, but actually has less than 5 ingredients!
Cauliflower Gnocchi with Asparagus & Pesto. A healthy alternative to starches!
🍅 No Cook Tuesdays | Jen & Jill’s home recipes
Jen’s Fav. Caprese Chicken Salad. Combine cooked chicken, a jar of pesto, mini mozzarella balls, spinach, & grape tomatoes to create a healthy & delicious salad. Bam!
Jill’s Go-To. If you’re a long-time listener, then you know it’s charcuterie. It doesn’t have to be crazy, just whatever you have in your fridge (apples, cheese, nuts, etc).
🥘 One Pot Wednesdays | It’s easy!
Mississippi Pot Roast. The ultimate winter comfort food. Add carrots & potatoes for an extra boost.
Creamy Ham & Potatoes. Slow cooker style!
🍲 Thirsty Thursdays | Soup edition, baby!
Cassie’s Comforting Chicken & Noodles. This is the perfect recipe for flu season. Add diced carrots, celery, and any other veggies for extra nutrients!
Menudo Rojo. The perfect spicy soup to wake up your senses.
🥑 Freezer Fridays | Honestly, a game changer.
Jen’s Pick. Nuggies & sweet potato fries. ‘Nuff said.
Jill’s Pick. Burritos or taquitos from Aldi’s! Add some avocado to elevate this dish.
🥔 Sheet Pan Saturdays | Because it’s quick.
Rosemary & Thyme Chicken & Potatoes. Crispy chicken skin, well-seasoned meat, & soft potatoes. What’s not to love?!
Grandma Pizza. The Pioneer Woman can do no wrong!
🍚 Pantry Sundays | Time to use what we got!
Basic Vegetarian Black Beans & Rice. We all have a can of beans and rice lying around!
Chole. Turn those ol’ chickpeas into something new!
